The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: sadaqah jariyah (a continuing charity), or knowledge from which benefit is derived, or a righteous child who prays for him." (Sahih Muslim)

The Project: Building a Sustainable Future

We propose the conversion of the basement at 304 Burton Road, an asset owned by Didsbury Masjid, into two residential apartments. The rental income from these apartments will create a permanent, self-sustaining financial stream to support the Masjid’s operational costs and community services – In Sha Allah.

• Apartment 1 (One Bedroom Unit): Gross Internal Area - 57.26 sqm / 616.34 sqft
• Apartment 2 (Two Bedroom Unit): Gross Internal Area - 59.75 sqm / 643.14 sqft
• Total Project Area: 118.63 sqm / 1276.92 sqft

" The example of those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah is that of a grain that sprouts into seven ears, each bearing one hundred grains. And Allah multiplies ˹the reward even more˺ to whoever He wills. For Allah is All-Bountiful, All-Knowing.." ( Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261)
